使用和维护：

Δ严禁超载使用。
Δ严禁用人力以外的其它动力操作。
Δ使用前应确认机件完好无损，起吊前应检查重物是否挂牢，以保证安全。
Δ起重链条应垂直悬挂，不得有错扭的链环，双行链的下吊钩架不得翻转。
Δ使用中如发现手拉力异常，应停止使用，查明原因，不得强行拉曳。
Δ维护和检修应由熟悉本机结构者进行。两只片齿轮的安装,"0"字标记要安装在同一直线上。
Δ葫芦经检修后，应进行空载和动载试验，确认工作正常制动可靠后方可使用。

HSZ-80A series of chain block is a new generation of product and the latest model manufactured by our factory. It is characteristic of its advanced design, reliable quality and superior performance. HSZ-80A series of chain block is widely used in factories, mines, wharfs, warehouses, construction sites and in agricultural production for lifting and lowering equipment and merchandise. Its superiority is more evidently manifested when being used at places where there is no power supply and at places with limited room and space.

This kind of chain block can work in set with single rail trolley to form a small hoisting car traveling on single rail for overhead conveyance and can also work in set with single beam crane and cantilever crane.

HSZ-80A series of chain block is designed and manufactured in accordance with the norms of ZBJ80014-89.The function of its principal parts and the whole device have undergone strict inspection and test. Therefore its reliability is greatly increased and its safety fully guaranteed.

Points to remember when using and maintaining:

-Overloading is strictly prohibited.
-Use manpower only.
-Before using the device, make sure that each and every part of the device is intact without damage. Before actually lifting heavy pieces, make sure that they are well hooked to guarantee safety.
-The chain sprocket must be hung suspended vertically and not a single link of chain should be twisted. In the case of double chain, the hook hanger must not be reversed.
-When using the device ,if the hand pull feels abnormal , operation must be stopped and checking is necessary. No forceful hand pull is allowed.
-Maintenance and overhaul must be done by personnel who are familiar with the structure of the device. The mounting of the two disk gears is as shown in Fig. 2 and make sure that the "0"mark should be on the same line.
-After overhaul and before putting the device to normal use, test must be made by no load operation and dynamic load operation to make sure that it works normal and reliable.
