用途:
GS型系列手拉单轨行车以手链驱动,行走于工字钢的轨道下缘处,配以手拉葫芦便可组成桥式、单梁或悬臂式起重机。它广泛地适用于工厂、矿山、码头、仓库、建筑工地等,用于安装机器设备,吊运货物的场合,尤其适用于无电源地点的作业。
特点:
1、 使用安全,维护方便。
2、 结构紧凑,安装尺寸小。
3、 车轮间距调整方便,适用多种工字钢。
4、 左、右墙板铰链联结,在重力的作用下,可自行调整高度,使四个车轮受力均匀。
5、 传动效率高,手拉力小。并可在较小回转半径的弯道上行驶。
使用:
1、 严禁超载使用。
2、 吊运重物时,严禁任何人员在重物下行走或工作。
3、 起吊重物时应使其重心在工字钢腹板所在平面内,否则请勿起吊。
4、 操作时应使手拉链条受力在手链轮的中心平面内,不得斜拉。
5、 如遇有手拉力异常时,切不可猛拉,应立即停止使用,检查原因。
6、 齿轮和轨面要定期加注润滑油,同时检查各紧固件有无松动。
7、 手拉单轨行车是以工字钢为支承进行工作的,因此变形、扭曲、开裂或不符合标准及有其它缺陷的工字钢不能做为单轨行车的轨道使用。

Application:
Model GS series of hand-pulled single rail trolley is driven
by pulling the hand chain and travels along the lower edge
of "I" shaped steel beam. Working in set with
chain blocks, it forms a bridge crane, a single beam crane
and a cantilever crane.
It is widely used in factories, mines, wharfs, warehouses
and construction sites for the installation of machinery
and equipment, and for lifting and conveying cargoes. It
can also be used at places where electric power is not available.
Features:
1. Safety in use and convenience in maintenance.
2. Compact in construction and small in dimension.
3. Span between wheels can be conveniently adjusted and
is suitable for various "I" shaped steel beam.
4. Left and right side plates are of hinge-joint construction
and their heights can be automatically adjusted under pressure,
and as a result, tension can be evenly distributed onto
all four wheels.
5. High efficiency in transmission and minimum hand-pull
and can travel on bends of small radius.
Points to remember when using:
1. Overload strictly prohibited.
2. When lifting heavy pieces, no passage or working underneath
the heavy pieces being lifted up is allowed.
3. When lifting heavy pieces, make sure that the center
of gravity of the heavy pieces be within the plane of the
web plate of the "I" shaped steel beam. Otherwise
no lifting is allowed.
4. When pulling the chain, make sure that the tension received
by the chain be within the plane of the center of the hand
wheel. No pulling from sideways is allowed.
5. If the operator feels something abnormal when pulling
the chain, make sure that he shall not pull any further
with all his might. What he should do is to stop the operation
immediately and check.
6. Lubrication should be done to the gears and the rails
regularly and meanwhile check and make sure that all fastening
parts are not loose.
7. This trolley's operation is realized by means of the
support of the "I" shaped steel beam, therefore
it is of vital importance that mo deformed, twisted, cracked,
substandard or any other materials with defects should be
used as the rail.
