手拉葫芦

HS 系列手拉葫芦用途：

    HS 系列手拉葫芦是一种使用简易、携带方便的手动起重机械，适用于工厂、矿山、建筑工地、农业生产以及码头、船坞、仓库等用作安装机器、起吊货物和装卸车辆，尤其对于露天及无电源作业，更有其重要之功用。

    HS 系列手拉葫芦可与各种手动单轨行车配套使用组成手动起重运输小车，适用于单轨架空运输，手动单梁桥式起重机和悬臂式起重机上。

HS 系列手拉葫芦在结构设计与使用性能上具有五大特点：

    使用安全可靠，维护简单。
    机械效率高，收链拉力小。
    自重较轻，便于携带。
    外形美观，尺寸较小。
    经久耐用。

结构：
     HS 系列手拉葫芦采用对称排列二级正齿轮传动结构。

使用规则：

严禁超载使用。
严禁用人力以外的其他动力操作。
在使用前须确认机件完好无损，传动部分及起重链条润滑良好，空转情况正常。
起吊前检查上下吊钩是否挂牢。严禁重物吊在尖端等错误操作。起重链条应垂直悬挂，不得有错扭的链环，双行链的下吊钩架不得翻转。
操作者应站在与手链轮同一平面内拽动手链条，使手链轮沿顺时针方向旋转，即可使重物上升；反向拽动手链条，中午即可缓缓下降。
在起吊重物时，严禁人员在重物下做任何工作或行走，以免发生人身事故。
在起吊过程中，无论重物上升或下降，拽动手链条时，用力应均匀和缓，不要用力过猛，以免手链条跳动或卡环。
操作者如发现手拉力大于正常拉力时，应立即停止使用。

维护方法：

使用完毕应将葫芦清理干净并涂上防锈油脂，存放在干燥地方。
维护和检修应由较熟悉葫芦机构者进行，防止不懂本机性能原理者随意拆装。
葫芦经过清洗维修，应进行空载试验，确认工作正常，制动可靠时，才能交付使用。
制动器的摩擦表面必须保持干净。制动器部分应经常检查，防止制动失灵，发生中物自坠现象。

Application:

The HS Series Chain Block is portable lifting device easily operated by hand chain. It is suitable for use in factories, mines, farms, construction sites, wharves, docks and warehouses for installation of equipment, as well as for loading and unloading goods, it is specially advantageous for lifting work in the open air and places where no power supply is available.

The chain block can be attached to a trolley of any type as a travelling chain block, It is suitable to monorail overhead conveying system, hand travelling crane and jib crane.

Maintenance:

• Clean off the dirt on the chainblock, lubricate its parts with grease after use and store it in a dry place.
• Maintenance and inspection should be made by a skilled hand. Never allow any layman to disassemble or to assemble the block.
• Align the "0" marks of the two gears while assembling, as shown in Section View C-C.
• While assembling the brake mechanism, case should be taken to mesh the slanting teeth of the ratchet disc and the pawl. Make sure that the spring and pawl work sensitively and reliably. Then turn the hand wheel clockwise, it must press the disc and the plates on the brake seat. Turning it counter clockwise. there should be clearances between the disc and the plates.
• After cleaning and repairing the block should be subjected to no-load test and load test. A chain block can be put into operation after it has been tested and found under reliable brake and in good condition.
• Keep clean the friction surfaces of the brake. Brake mechanism should be inspected regularly for prevention of faulty braking and falling of the load.
